Use this window to create multiple topics at once:

1. Type in a list of topic names or load a list from file.
2. Select the topic type from the dropdown menu .
3. Click the accept button to create them.

If a name is already in use the topic will not be created, but you will get a message informing you that it already exists.

Erases the list.
